Jessica served as Head Pastry Chef at the beloved Brooklyn bakery L’Appartement 4F, where she crafted cult-favorite pastries like the Pistachio Rose Croissant and Croissant Citrouille (pumpkin), along with dozens of limited-edition treats for seasonal menus and brand collaborations. She was instrumental in the bakery’s growth, spearheading the expansion to a second location and leading hiring, training, and operational scaling.
